Wyn Solutions is a full service accounting software consulting firm that specializes in the setup, training and support of companies using Intuit Enterprise Suite and the QuickBooks line of products including QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Online, and Point of Sale accounting software. The company also supports additional third party applications that integrate with QuickBooks such as BillQuick and Fishbowl Inventory. We help companies to implement these products within their organization in the following ways:
Once the company’s needs have been appropriately determined, we then schedule the implementation. This step involves the setup of data files and the installation of the accounting software on the company’s network.
We perform a needs analysis to determine whether one of the QuickBooks products will be appropriate for the company. This step also includes determining whether separate, integrated third party applications are appropriate for the company. (such as point of sale, time & billing, inventory, webstore integration, EDI, paperless office, etc.)
We then setup and integrate third party applications with QuickBooks to address industry specific needs such as point of sale, time & billing, inventory, webstore integration, EDI, paperless office, etc.
Throughout the setup and implementation process, we train employees and owners on various basic and advanced features of the the accounting system depending on the level of training needed within the organization.
Once the initial implementation and training is complete, we provide ongoing support through continued training as well as providing remote and onsite help. We also provide ongoing advanced report customization and report generation services such as consolidation of multiple QuickBooks company files, custom reporting to board of directors, etc.
We also offer monthly support contracts which help to ensure that companies are using the latest software versions and releases, ensures that transactions are being entered into the system as intended through performing periodic data file analysis, and includes support hours at a reduced rate.
Our Approach

They also have expertise in the information technology field, having performed help desk functions as well as had experience in directing IT departments in the past. We bring our accounting and information technology experience together to focus solely on the implementation, training, and support of companies on their Intuit QuickBooks based accounting system.
All of the experts at Wyn Consulting are Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, Certified QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions ProAdvisors, and Certified QuickBooks Point of Sale ProAdvisors and have consulted with small and mid-sized companies using the Intuit QuickBooks products for many years. We are also members of the Microsoft Professional Accountants Network (MPAN) and are fully certified on BillQuick.We have been chosen by Intuit as one of their Intuit Solution Providers for much of the Richmond area and all of the Petersburg, Hopewell, Williamsburg, Norfolk/Suffolk, and Virginia Beach areas based on our experience and certifications. We have also been chosen by Intuit as their Retail Solution Provider covering most of Virginia based on our experience and expertise on the Point of Sale products.
We are members of an elite group of a few hundred QuickBooks professionals all over the country and participate in discussion groups and conferences with these highly trained professionals. Because of these certifications and memberships, we have a unique relationship with Intuit (the maker of QuickBooks).
