Training Services (Onsite and Remote)
Throughout the setup and implementation process, we train employees and owners on various basic and advanced features of the the accounting system depending on the level of training needed within the organization. We also provide ongoing and customized one-on-one or group training for new hires and to update users on new features.
Support Services (Onsite and Remote)
Once the initial implementation and training is complete, we provide ongoing support through continued remote and onsite help. We leverage remote technologies to better serve your accounting software consulting needs. We are able to do so in a way that is more convenient and affordable than if we had to drive to your office each time our help is needed. The remote technologies that we use include:
- Desktop sharing tools that enable us to view or control employee desktops and enable us to share our desktop with employees.
- Windows terminal services which enable us to have remote access to your QuickBooks files even when you are not at your computer.
- Email – many users prefer to email us with their QuickBooks questions since they get a written reply that they can refer back to in the future.
